On Tuesday September 20, Jr. High Softball will play Cobden at Cobden in the 1st round of the SIJHSAA softball regionals. The game will be a 4:30 start. Good Luck ladies.

Good News! Several Joppa-Maple Grove students will be receiving a new pair of shoes. The generous support of Shoe Sensation and the Fowler Bonan Foundation will donate a group of select students a brand new pair of shoes. They will help fit the shoes and allow the students to choose a new pair of shoes. The new shoes are brands such as Adidas, K-Swiss, Skecher, Fila, Puma, Shaq, Under Armor, etc. If anyone was not asked about their shoe size and is in need of new shoes, please email Mrs. Bellamey (pbellamey@joppa38.com) or Mrs. Jones (ljones@joppa38.com) with the student's name and shoe size as soon as possible.

Due to the Gym Lobby construction project, the main entrance to the JHS gym is closed. If you are attending a sporting event at JHS, Please enter the gym through the back southwest double doors. These are the doors by the old tennis courts. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Just found out today that another section of pipe has cracked in the Maple Grove area. This will extend the boil water order through Tuesday in the Maple Grove area. Joppa Jr/Sr High is not affected by this order. Water coolers and cups are provided for the students, or you can bring a water bottle from home.
