Joppa Spirit Night is TOMORROW EVENING!
Tickets for the booths will be 25 cents or 5 for $1.00
Please note that we will continue to sell raffle tickets for the Playground Prizes until we have raised at least $1,000. If we do not raise at least that amount, we will hold off on drawing for the prizes until we sell more tickets. (We will continue to sell tickets at games and other events.) The winners will be notified when the drawing occurs. Thank you for understanding! You can purchase raffle tickets in the office or through PayPal. Just note the prizes you want the raffle tickets to go for and we will take care of that. https://paypal.me/MapleGrovePlayground?country.x=US&locale.x=en_US

Hello Joppa Community!
We are making changes to the drop off and pick up routine at Joppa-Maple Grove that will start Wednesday, October 18. These changes are being made to increase safety measures. I have included a map to help clarify.
* Joppa Jr/Sr High car riders will be dropped off and picked up at the main entrance of the school building.
* Buses will enter on the south side of the parking lot. They will be the only vehicles allowed to go behind the building.
* Elementary car riders will now be picked up and dropped off at the gym lobby. (If you have children at both levels, they can be picked up and dropped off at the gym lobby. JHS students will walk the sidewalk to the front entrance.)
* Elementary buses will drop off and pick up on the south corner of the gym.
* Joppa Jr/Sr High students will be dropped off and picked up at the West Central doorway by Mrs. Bellemey's classroom. (The door on the opposite side of the main entrance.)

Please help us by donating blood on October 16 from 1:15-6:15 in the JHS cafeteria.

Good morning! We are reaching out to ask for bags of candy and two-liter bottles of soda for our Joppa Spirit Night. If you send in a bag of candy or two-liter bottle, you will be entered into a drawing for a $30 gift certificate for Strickland’s Seafood Restaurant. Every bag or bottle sent in equals a chance to win. If you send in two bottles and two bags of candy, you will be entered to win four times. Be sure you send a note with your donations so we know how many times to enter you into the drawing. The drawing for the gift certificate will be held on October 16, so make sure to get the candy and soda here by then. Also, make sure we have a way to contact you if you are the winner. Thank you for your support!

Help us raise money for a playground! We will be raffling off some amazing prizes at Joppa Spirit Night to raise money for building a playground at our building. You do not need to be present to win. However, you will need to enter by buying some raffle tickets and letting us know which prizes you want us to enter you for. Tickets are 1 for $1, 6 for $5, 12 for $10, and 25 for $20. We will have them in the front office AND can be purchased the night of Joppa Spirit Night. If you wish to purchase some tickets and cannot make it in to the building or to Joppa Spirit Night, please contact the office at 618-543-7589. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT!
