Congratulations to Mrs. Kenzie Heady on being selected as the winner of the Elevate Award for the month of February. Mrs. Heady teaches Agriculture and is sponsor for the FFA and the 8th Grade Class. Her leadership in organizing numerous school-wide events and activities has helped to ELEVATE the success of the Joppa-MG School District which has been recognized by her colleagues: “Kenzie is a great example of a servant leader. Joppa-MG will be out of school on Friday, February 21st. Although the main roads are getting better, the secondary roads are still causing travel problems so our best bet is to let the weekend melt the snow away as we look ahead to some warm days next week. Thanks to everyone for your patience and understanding as we look forward to getting everyone back in school on Monday.
